As a newcomer to PT I was nervous about my fitness levels and being ‘shouted at’ by way of motivation. My nerves were unfounded, Jonny has an amazing way of motivating and pushing you to achieve your best in a very gentle and empathetic manner and totally devoid of judgement. I definitely noticed my general fitness and strength improve and can’t wait to get back to more sessions in the near future. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I came to Jonny to help me build strength and tone. As a woman in my 40s I had started to find it more difficult to maintain my weight and tone, I wanted to feel strong again and to build muscle to protect my joints for the future. Jonny has helped me to achieve both strength and tone and has taught me how to maintain my weight without high impact cardio but with a combination of weights and low impact cardio which I really enjoy. I feel really confident with my body and feel like I am doing something positive for myself as I get older. Jonny is lovely and really motivating to train with.
